1 Error During Registration:


1.1 Invalid AISHE code:


  • If the error "Invalid AISHE code" shows during registration means your AISHE code is wrong.
  • Refer this document for finding the AISHE code for your Institute. "Know your AISHE code"




1.2 Please enter correct AISHE code:


  • If the error "Please enter correct AISHE code" shows during registration means your AISHE code is wrong.
  • Refer this document for finding the AISHE code for your Institute. "Know your AISHE code"




1.3 This AISHE code is already Submitted:


  • If the error "This AISHE code is already Submitted" shows during registration means your Institute is already registered.
  • If this error occurs then contact us at "startup@aicte-india.org"





2 Reset Password Error:


2.1 Password Mismatch:


  • The password you typed under "New password" and the "Confirm Password" should be same.



2.2 Old Password Error / Blank Error:


  • The password under the field "Old Password" should be the current login password.
  • If you forget the current password, please refer your mail that came with email link verification,
  • If you are unable to retrieve your current password then use forget password option. Refer this document "Forget Password".





3 Forget Password Error:


3.1 Please enter correct email


  • If "Please enter correct email" error shows means there are two possibilities. They are
    • If you have misspelled the email id.
    • Or you might have chose the wrong usertype. 





4 Login Error


4.1 Invalid Credentials


  • Following are the reason for this error message
    • If you have entered incorrect email id
    • If you have entered incorrect Password
    • For not selecting the user type "Login As"



4.2 Kindly verify Captcha first


  • If this error occur means you have forgot to verify the CAPTCHA.



  • To resolve this issue click the check box and complete the procedure.






5 Renomination


5.1 Email id already exist


  • If this error occurs then your mail must be same as your Head of Institutes mail id.
  • Or your mail id might have registered under different institute.
  • Use different mail id to resolve this error.
  • If you want the same mail id, then send an email to startup@aicte-india.org
  • If you want the same mail id as HoI, that is not allowed, so use different mail id.
