How to reach the Registration form

  • Then press "Join for NISP Campaign" which precent at bottom of login button 
  • Then you will reach the Join NISP campaign page. After reaching this page please proceed with registration "Registration Process"





Method 2:

Step 1:

  • Go to https://nisp.mic.gov.in/ 
  • The click "Join NISP campaign today" button which is present on right side of the webpage. 
  • Then you will reach the Join NISP campaign page. After reaching this page please proceed with registration "Registration Process"






To join the NISP campaign please follow the steps




Step 1 :-

  • Enter your Institute's AISHE code in the "Enter AISHE code" field. 
  • The AISHE code should be entered in the following format "U-1234" / "C-1234" / "S-1234" (Capital letter U/C/S followed by "-" followed by the number with no space in between the letter, hyphenation and the numbers) 
  • Then press "Get Institute Details" Button, to get your Institute's details in the respective field. 
  • Please check your Institute details are correct. If the institute details are wrong means your AISHE code might be wrong. Please check your AISE code.

Step 2 :-

  • Then select your institute's type from "Type of Institute" drop down list. 

Step 3 :-

  • Then type your Head of the institutes Name, e-mail address and contact number under the respective field. 
  • Then select your Head of the institutes Designation under the "Designation of the Head of Institute" Drop down list.

Step 4 :-

  • Under the "Nominate Senior Faculty". The faculty whom you are going to nominate must have experience in Innovation/Intellectual property Rights and/or Entrepreneurship/Startups. 
  • Then type your Senior faculty Name, e-mail address, contact number and Designation under the respective field.


Step 5 :-

  • Under the "Upload approval letter from Head of institute", you have to upload the nomination of the senior faculties approval letter. You can find the nomination letter template at "Sample for nomination letter". The scanned letter should be in PDF format only and the size of that document should be under 2MB. 
  • Now press the "Browse" button to choose the nomination letter from your local drive.


Step 6 :-

  • These questionnaires are kept to know your institute's current status only. 
  • Answer the question with "yes" or "no" from the give options. Answer which ever best suits your current status. 
  • For the question "Does your institute participate in following MOE's Initiatives towards promoting Innovation, IPR and Entrepreneurship in HEIs? (Please tick appropriate options, multi selection is allowed)". Press "Please tick appropriate options" click on the drop down list box to find the options. 
  • Choose the appropriate check boxes which are all currently applicable to your institute. Please scroll to find more options. 
  • If those option not applicable to you means choose "none of the above". 


Step 7 :-

  • After choosing/filling all the required fields you can press "Submit" button. If the submit button is not enabled means you might have missed some step. 
  • If successfully submitted then you will receive this pop-up message



Step 8 :-

  • Then you will receive an email to your head of the institutes email id that you have mentioned in "Email id of the Head of Institute" field. 
  • After completing all the above steps successfully, go to this document for further steps "Steps to do after Registration". 
  • If any error shows during submission process please refer the following document to resolve the issue. "Error"
